Message HrzProtocol.LayerVisibilityConstraintList

Defined in hrz/protocol/visibility_constraints.proto.

constraints: HrzProtocol.LayerVisibilityConstraint[]

All the constraints MUST be satisfied in order for the layer to be visible. This is equivalent to having all the constraints AND’ed. When empty, the layer is always visible.
