altitude: HrzProtocol.AltitudeVisibilityConstraint (Part of union constraint_type)

The layer visibility is determined by the camera altitude being above or below the specified limit.

bounds: HrzProtocol.BoundsVisibilityConstraint (Part of union constraint_type)

The layer visibility is determined by the camera being inside or outside the specified bounds.
