The tiling scheme describes the meaning of a tile’s coordinates

global_tiling: HrzProtocol.GlobalTilingSchemeParams (Part of union scheme_type)

Tiling uses the full extent of the projection domain.

local_tiling: HrzProtocol.LocalTilingSchemeParams (Part of union scheme_type)

Tiling is relative to the given bounds.
