Message HrzProtocol.FlexibleSymbolElement
Defined in hrz/protocol/vector/symbol_repr.proto.
Used to take up a relative amount of free space in a flex layout. Can be used as a spacer with tight fit and empty child. If the parent is not a Flex, this has no effect.

factor: float
In a layout, all factors of flexible elements are summed, and this gives the proportion of free space that is allocated to each child. When this is 0, this acts as a passthrough to the child.
