Defined in hrz/protocol/camera/movement.proto.

bearing: float

In radians (in rad/s when using continuous movement). Clockwise: positive values rotate the camera to the right.

tilt: float

In radians (in rad/s when using continuous movement). Positive values rotate the camera upwards.
